Your mission: Lead aspiring students to their perfect career by helping them choose the right course at an online career-training school. Collect the basic information, consult them on the potential career paths and guide them all the way to an offer!

What you will be working on:

  • Taking on qualified leads and collecting more information about them
  • Create an offer that will match their desired career path to the perfect course
  • Lead the customer all the way to the enrolment on the course

Technical Skills:

  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken (level C1-C2)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (level C1-C2)
  • Desirable: Experience in sales and admissions, preferably in education or vocational training
  • Experience working with students and Bildungsgutschein is a plus
  • Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong sales skills with a genuine approach to the customer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Empathic with a customer-centric approach
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn

Your mission: provide exceptional customer experience. You will deliver world-class service to customers accurately, efficiently, with empathy.

What you will be working on:

  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Providing accurate responses through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Documenting all customer interactions according to standard procedures.
  • Ensuring professional handling of all contacts based on client quality guidelines.
  • Adhering to protocols, KPIs, and company policies.

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken (level B1+)
